Articles are published under the ServiceBizHub Editorial masthead. We do not credit individual authors.
How we research software
Our software articles are desk research. We read vendor pricing and feature pages, vendor documentation, and published user reviews, and we compare them. Unless an article shows its own test evidence, such as screenshots or a dated test log, it is not based on our own hands-on testing, and we do not claim it is.
Prices and last-checked dates
Vendor prices in our articles come from the vendor's own pricing page. Articles that were checked show a "Last checked" date at the top. Many vendors do not publish prices; when we mention a figure for those, we label it as contractor-reported or a third-party estimate. Prices change often, so confirm on the vendor's page before you buy. We re-check prices at least once a quarter.
How the site earns money
The site shows advertising through Google AdSense, so ads may appear next to articles. Advertisers do not choose, review, or influence what we write. As of the date above, the site has no affiliate links and no sponsored articles.
Sponsored content and affiliate links
If we add affiliate or paid links, they will carry rel="sponsored" and a disclosure placed next to the link or at the top of the article. Paid or sponsored articles will be labelled as such. Payment will not buy a favourable review, a ranking position, or removal of criticism.
Review requests and advertising inquiries
Vendors may ask us to cover a product or to advertise. Requests do not guarantee coverage. If we write about a product after a request, or accept a free account, we say so in the article.
